Personal Data Processed
Billing Information
-
Billing information is processed solely for the purpose of issuing invoices and complying with legal accounting and tax obligations.
E-mail Address
-
The User’s e-mail address may be used to send information related to the operation of the service.
-
Notification e-mail addresses entered in the add-on settings are stored only within the User’s spreadsheet and are used by Google Apps Script to send notifications regarding scheduled imports.
Login Credentials
-
The User accesses the administration interface using an API key. The API key is a randomly generated string and serves solely for authentication and license management purposes.
Spreadsheet Information
-
For license enforcement purposes, the Provider stores a one-way cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of the URL of each spreadsheet in which an API key has been activated, together with the spreadsheet name, the number of projects associated with the API key, and the date of the service’s last use. The actual spreadsheet URL is never stored; therefore, the Provider does not possess any information that could be used to access or open the User’s spreadsheets.
Cookies
-
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are required to enable sign-in to the administration interface.
Google User Data and Advertising Platform Credentials
-
The Statistics Import add-on accesses only the spreadsheet in which it is installed and used. It does not access any other files within the User’s Google account.
-
All configuration data, including connections to advertising platforms (such as OAuth tokens and API keys), is stored in the spreadsheet’s document properties on Google servers. The Provider has no access to this data.
-
Anyone with whom the User shares the spreadsheet will also have access to the stored configuration. Access control is therefore entirely the responsibility of the User.
-
When connecting an advertising platform, credentials may pass through the Provider’s server solely for the purpose of completing the authorization process. Such credentials are not permanently stored by the Provider.
-
Imported advertising data is transferred directly between the advertising platforms and the User’s spreadsheet under the User’s Google account. The Provider neither accesses nor stores this data.
-
Statistics Import’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your Rights
-
The User has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data processed by the Provider, subject to applicable legal requirements.
-
Requests may be submitted to the contact e-mail address listed above.
Effective Date
This Privacy Policy takes effect on 12 July 2026.
