Statistics Import does not store any advertising platform credentials or imported advertising data on its servers. All processing takes place under the User’s Google account.
- The User’s credentials and configuration are stored exclusively in the User’s spreadsheet on Google Drive. The User does not share this spreadsheet with the Provider, and the Provider has no access to it. The User is solely responsible for deciding with whom the spreadsheet is shared and for maintaining the security of the User’s Google account.
- The add-on uses these credentials solely to authenticate with advertising platforms and retrieve advertising data. The entire process runs under the User’s Google account through Google Apps Script on Google servers.
- Imported advertising data is transferred directly from the advertising platforms to the User’s spreadsheet. It is never stored on the Provider’s servers.
- When connecting an advertising platform, authorization is completed through the Provider’s server to ensure that platform secrets are never exposed. The resulting access token is stored only in the User’s spreadsheet and is not retained on the Provider’s servers.
- The Provider’s server stores only the information required for license enforcement: the API key, a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the spreadsheet URL, the spreadsheet name, and the number of projects. The actual URL is never stored; therefore, no information that could be used to access or open the User’s spreadsheets exists on the Provider’s servers.
