Contracting Parties


Provider

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)


User

Any natural or legal person who orders the service from the Provider.
(hereinafter referred to as the “User”)



Basic Provisions


These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations of the Provider and the User arising from the use of the Statistics Import service.

Statistics Import is a service consisting of a Google Sheets add-on and a web application that imports advertising data from marketing platforms into Google Sheets.



Conclusion of the Contract


  • The subject of the contract is the provision of the Statistics Import service.
  • The contract between the Provider and the User is concluded when the User pays the applicable fee and the Provider issues an API key to the User.



License


  • The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the service.
  • The API key is intended solely for the User and must not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
  • The scope of the license is limited by the number of projects assigned to the API key.
  • The Provider may terminate this agreement if the User breaches these Terms of Service.
  • The User may terminate this agreement if the Provider materially breaches these Terms of Service.
  • Upon termination of the agreement, the User is not entitled to any refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.



Fees and Payment


  • The fee is determined by the number of projects assigned to the API key.
  • The fee is payable in advance based on an invoice issued by the Provider.
  • If the fee is not paid by the due date, the Provider may suspend the API key until payment is received.



Disclaimer of Liability


  • The Provider will use reasonable efforts to keep the service operational and available.
  • The service may be accessed only through the interfaces provided by the Provider. The User is not entitled to access the service by any other means.
  • The Provider is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or outages of third-party advertising platforms, Google services, or other third-party systems.
  • The User acknowledges that the service may not be available at all times, particularly due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the use of the service.



Security


  • The User’s credentials are stored exclusively in the User’s spreadsheet on Google Drive. The Provider has no access to this spreadsheet. The User is solely responsible for deciding with whom the spreadsheet is shared and for maintaining the security of the User’s Google account.
  • The service uses these credentials solely to authenticate with advertising platforms and retrieve advertising data. The entire process runs under the User’s Google account through Google Apps Script on Google servers.

Final Provisions


These Terms of Service take effect on 12 July 2026.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service in the future. Any such changes will be announced to Users in an appropriate manner.
